A Mother’s Day crash in Lee County, Alabama has left one man dead according to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency.

A single-vehicle crash that occurred at approximately 12:14 a.m. Sunday, May 10, has claimed the life of a Kimberly man. Aidan T. Doss, 21, was fatally injured when the 2009 Chevrolet Silverado pickup he was driving left the roadway and struck a tree.

Doss was not using a seat belt at the time of the crash and was pronounced deceased at the scene. The crash occurred on Lee County 95 near Gregory Glen Road, approximately two miles north of Auburn, in Lee County.

Nothing further is available as Troopers with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s (ALEA) Highway Patrol Division continue to investigate.
