The Fourth of July is more than fireworks and flags. It’s neighbors gathering on courthouse squares, children chasing bubbles and sparklers, veterans standing proudly during the national anthem, families filling picnic tables, and friends making memories that will last long after the holiday ends.
As America celebrates 250 years, communities across Georgia are marking the milestone with parades, concerts, cookouts, lake days, hometown festivals, and spectacular fireworks displays. Every celebration is different, but together they tell the story of who we are.
