A truck crashed through the front entrance of Alto Grocery earlier this week, according to Habersham County Sheriff Joey Terrell.
The driver, who has not been identified, allegedly fled from the scene before they later returned and were arrested.
The front entrance had been patched up with boards and plywood which served as a temporary repair Thursday morning.
Now Habersham has reached out to Georgia State Patrol – which worked the accident – for more information.
