We here at Now Georgia are always on the lookout for ideas for new forecasts to keep you in the loop on what to expect. With fire danger season gradually calming down, we’re moving quickly into muggy season. This spring we are debuting our Sweet Tea Sweat Index to measure just how muggy it will be when you are sitting on your front porch sippin’ some tea.
The index runs from 1-4 depending on how muggy it is gonna be, with a higher number for more sweat on your tea glass.
We’re kicking off with an actually fairly dry day, especially compared to the last few. Dewpoints will range from 55-59º this afternoon with a southeast breeze blowing in some dryer air off the Atlantic.
