HALL COUNTY, Ga. — Firefighters quickly contained a garage fire that spread to a vehicle Sunday on Sardis Road, according to officials.
Hall County Fire Rescue responded to the 3000 block of Sardis Road for a reported structure fire. When crews arrived, they found a single-story home with heavy fire in the garage that had extended to a nearby vehicle.
Firefighters launched an offensive attack and brought the blaze under control within minutes.
The vehicle was destroyed. No injuries were reported, and no one was displaced.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
