OAKWOOD, Ga. — Hall County Sheriff’s Office investigators have filed additional felony drug charges against three suspects arrested last week after a search warrant at an Oakwood-area residence led to the seizure of cocaine, marijuana, THC products and cash.

According to the sheriff’s office, investigators with the Special Investigations Unit executed a search warrant June 16 at a home in the 3100 block of Ivey Hill Circle. During the search, authorities seized approximately 19 grams of cocaine, 5.5 pounds of marijuana, more than a pound of THC wax, 1,300 THC vape cartridges and about $5,800 in cash. The estimated street value of the drugs was placed at $37,000.

At the time of the search, investigators arrested Brandon Maximiliano Fuentes, 18, Brianna Xithlaly Fuentes, 20, and Yuritzy Alexandra Lopez, 20. Each was initially charged with one count of possession of THC oil with intent to distribute.

Investigators obtained additional warrants June 18, charging all three suspects with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, both felonies.

Brandon Fuentes has remained in the Hall County Jail since his arrest on June 16 and is being held on a $16,000 bond.

Brianna Fuentes was released from jail on bond June 17. However, Hall County Sheriff’s Office Warrant Service Unit deputies arrested her again Sunday morning at the Ivey Hill Circle residence after the new warrants were issued. She was booked back into the Hall County Jail and remains held without bond.

Lopez also bonded out of jail June 17. Deputies arrested her Sunday morning at a residence in the 4200 block of Hidden Valley Way in Oakwood on the additional charges. She was booked into the Hall County Jail, where she remains without bond.

The investigation remains active, according to the sheriff’s office.
