CLEVELAND, Ga. – White County school bus drivers are scheduled to practice mock routes next week as part of preparations for the upcoming school year.
Drivers will practice morning routes on Wednesday, August 5, and afternoon routes on Thursday, August 6. During these practice runs, buses will travel their regular routes and make standard stops at designated locations, simulating student pickups and drop-offs.
White County school officials emphasize that no action is required from students or parents during these trial runs. The practice initiative is designed to help ensure a safe, efficient, and successful start to the school year for all students.
Classes start August 7.
