Say Phantharath, age 64, of Cornelia, Georgia passed away on Thursday, May 7, 2020.
Survivors include her daughter, Donna Rider and Anthony, of Lula; son, Sinh Phantharath, of Lula; Thano Payne and Jackie, of Buford; and eight grandchildren.
Ms. Phantharath’s wishes were to be cremated. A Private Family Service will be held.
