Satterfield named new TFS varisty golf coach

Former White County High School and Truett McConnell University golf standout, Hannah Satterfield, will lead the girls and boys golf teams at Tallulah Falls School.

Tallulah Falls School has named Hannah Satterfield the new varsity golf coach. Formerly holding the role in 2022, Satterfield will again lead the girls and boys in 2026.

“I am honored to be named the head coach of the TFS varsity golf program,” states Satterfield. “Golf has been a significant part of my life as a former collegiate player and as a coach at the middle school, high school, and collegiate levels. I look forward to building a culture of effort, integrity, and excellence while helping our student-athletes develop both on and off the course.”

Satterfield, a standout golfer in high school and college, competing at White County and Truett McConnell University. She previously led the TFS MS golf teams from 2019-2021 and again in 2025-26.

She was the head varsity coach at Tallulah in 2022, and was the head women’s golf coach at Piedmont University from 2023-2025.

“We’re excited for Hannah to be leading our golf program,” says Athletic Director Greg Neeley. “Her experience having coached here before and at the collegiate level make her a great fit.”

The Lady Indians are coming off a 6th-place finish at state and have won three consecutive region titles. The boys have been represented at state four straight seasons, with four individuals competing this spring.
