Piedmont College’s Opera and Musical Theatre Workshop will present a concert of scenes from “The Magic Flute,” “La Perichole,” and “The Secret Garden” at 7:30 p.m., Thursday, Jan. 12, 2017, in the college Chapel.
Admission is free and everyone is invited. The Chapel is located at 992 Central Avenue, Demorest.
Directed by Dr. Jonathan Pilkington, assistant professor of music, the singers include Amin Abraham-Quiles, Antonio Atoa, Isabella Brown, Virginia Cleveland, Kristen Ellison, JoAnna Hansen, Emma Kirwin, Jacob McVey, Chance Passmore, and Hope Wells, with pianist Areatha Ketch.
