Peggy Denise Raines Sparkman, age 72 of Cleveland, Georgia passed away on Friday, February 28, 2020 at her residence.
Born in Orange, Texas on July 18, 1947, she was a daughter of the late Robert A. & Margaret Neil Raines. Mrs. Sparkman was a retired surgical assistant.
Her wishes were to be cremated.
A private family service will be held.
