A Mount Airy, Georgia, man remains in jail, charged with four alleged sex crimes, including child molestation.
Authorities with the Habersham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 51-year-old William Clinton Elrod on July 30. They charged him with aggravated sexual battery, child molestation, aggravated child molestation, and aggravated sodomy.
Two of the charges fall under the Family Violence Act, according to arrest records.
A judge denied bond for Elrod. He’s being held in the Habersham County jail.
