A domestic dispute in White County ended in a shooting that sent a man to the hospital.
On October 25, around 7:21 a.m. White County Sheriff’s deputies responded to 626 Redd Road in reference to a gunshot victim.
“Once deputies were on scene it was determined that it was a domestic dispute between a man and woman who lived at the address,” says White County Sheriff Rick Kelley.
Medics transported a 46-year-old man to Northeast Georgia Medical Center with a gunshot wound to his arm.
Kelley says sheriff’s investigators responded to the scene southwest of Cleveland and are actively working the case. He did not release any names.
