Josh Brady has been named the new head coach of the eSports program at Tallulah Falls School, taking over for Casey Barron, who had launched the program in 2019.
“I am honored and excited for the opportunity to step into the role of head esports coach after assisting Coach Barron for several successful seasons,” says Brady. “I look forward to continuing to grow our program, creating new opportunities for our students, and building a team culture that our players and school can be proud of.”
The eSports team has had signature seasons in the past, with a Final 4 finish in 2020-21 and Elite 8 finishes in 2019-20, 2020-21, and twice in 2021-22.
“We’re excited to have Coach Brady step into the head coach role,” adds TFS Athletic Director Greg Neeley. “He did a great job as an assistant as he and Coach Barron successfully established our program. We’re excited for continued success under Coach Brady’s leadership.”
Eli Higbie joins Brady as an assistant coach.
“Eli was one of my players back in 2019-2021 and led our Rocket League team to the Elite 8 in his last season before graduating,” adds Brady on his excitement in having Higbie join him.
