Survivors include his mother & step-father, Juliann Crump Woods & Bucky Woods of Clarkesville, GA; father & step-mother, Johnny & Wanda Fowler of Martin, GA; sister, Nicole Fowler of Martin, GA; & adopted “Nanny”, Fenedra Hornick of Martin, GA.
Jason’s wishes were to be cremated & no formal services are planned.
