Henri’s Bakery & Deli announces grand opening of sixth location in Clayton

Henri’s Bakery & Deli is set to open the doors of its sixth location this Memorial Day weekend, with grand opening festivities kicking off on Friday, May 23rd and continuing through Saturday, May 24th. The iconic Atlanta-based bakery is bringing its beloved offerings to the mountain town of Clayton, Georgia, marking its first expansion beyond the greater Atlanta area.

To commemorate the opening of its new location at 100 South Main Street, Clayton. Henri’s has planned a weekend full of special activities for visitors of all ages. Guests can enjoy a ribbon cutting ceremony, live music, kids’ entertainment, giveaways, and more throughout the weekend. Henri’s will also be open Sunday, May 25th and Monday, May 26th to serve up holiday treats and continue welcoming the community.

For nearly a century, Henri’s has been a staple for Atlantans seeking delicious pastries, handcrafted desserts, freshly baked breads, and a wide array of breakfast and lunch sandwiches. The new Clayton location promises the same classic experience longtime customers know and love—along with a few exciting new additions.

Henri’s Bakery was founded in 1929 by Henri Fiscus, a French-born pastry chef who arrived in Atlanta in the 1920s and helped open the historic Biltmore Hotel. His legacy of quality, craftsmanship, and community lives on nearly 100 years later.

Currently, Henri’s operates five locations in Buckhead, Sandy Springs, Upper Westside, Brookhaven, and Peachtree Corners. The addition of the Clayton location marks a new chapter for the brand, extending its reach to North Georgia while staying true to its roots.
