(Clarkesville)- Habersham Electric has announced, due to a burst water pipe, the Habersham EMC Cleveland office will be closed Friday, Dec. 21st.
Spokeswoman Nicole Dover said, “This is in addition to the scheduled closing for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.”
