MARTIN, Ga. — Three people were arrested after Franklin County deputies searched a Martin home as part of a child sexual exploitation investigation.

The Franklin County Sheriff’s Response Team helped investigators execute a search warrant Sept. 9 at a home in the 1500 block of Brown Road. It was the team’s first deployment.

Deputies arrested 25-year-old James Dakota Quincy Bacle on 11 counts of sexual exploitation of children. The investigation began several weeks earlier over the alleged possession and distribution of child sexual abuse material.

Investigators are examining electronic devices seized during the search. The sheriff’s office said additional charges are expected.

While searching the home, deputies said they also found a young child living in what they described as “highly unsanitary conditions.” That discovery was unrelated to the child exploitation investigation.

The Georgia Division of Family and Children Services responded and temporarily placed the child with other relatives.

Deputies arrested Ronnie Dwayne Stanley and Alyssa Belle Stanley. Each is charged with second-degree cruelty to children.

The investigation remains ongoing.
