Columbus Police arrest 44 fugitives

The Columbus Police Department’s Fugitive Unit, with assistance from the Special Operations Unit and the United States Marshals Service, conducted targeted operations throughout March 2026, resulting in the arrest of 44 individuals with outstanding warrants.

These efforts led to the clearance of 105 felony charges, 20 misdemeanor charges, and multiple violation of probation, failure to appear, and contempt warrants.

Two juveniles were taken into custody: one age 17 and one age 14. Their names are not being released.
