Burglary at Adams IGA in Cleveland investigated

(Cleveland)- The Georgia Bureau of Investigation is assisting the Cleveland Police Department with the investigation of a break in at Adam’s Foods IGA, in Cleveland.

Cleveland Police Chief John Foster said, the burglary was discovered Wednesday morning just before 4 AM. It’s unknown what was taken and how many people might have been involved. According to Foster entry was made in the rear of the building.

The GBI mobile crime unit was requested to assist the police department with their investigation.

Chief Foster asks anyone who might have been in the area and might have seen someone or a vehicle near the store to call the Cleveland Police or 9-1-1 dispatch.
