The Wild Wing Cafe in Columbus Park Crossing is permanently closed again. The owner, Mak Son made the announcement on social media early Monday morning. Citing health issues Son said the popular restaurant will close immediately. “Due to medical issues, I have decided to shut down operations until further notice,” Son said in a statement on Facebook.
“I appreciate all those that came through and supported the last few months. I tried really hard for make it work but unfortunately due to my current conditions, I can’t give WWC that love and attention it need to flourish at the moment and rather shut it down until I’m able to do so.
I don’t know how long it’ll be before I’m able to reopen so here’s an opportunity for anyone out there that want to take over as I’m open to selling the business. If you’re interested, email me at wildwingcafe706@gmail.com.
I sincerely appreciate your support, and I really am sorry that I have to close it down but if a buyer doesn’t take over before I’m cleared to reopen, I’ll be back to make WWC better than ever! Thank you!”
After being closed for several months last year the Wild Wing Cafe reopened under new ownership in late 2025.
