Cornelia to hold public hearing on multi-family development May 6

Cornelia’s City Commission will hold a public hearing for preliminary plat approval of a 60-unit multi-family development on just over 20 acres on Tuesday, May 6.

The property is zoned office professional, according to city documents, and multi-family use is allowed in the zoning district.

The hearing will take place at 6 p.m. at Cornelia City Hall.

Cornelia’s Planning Commission recommended approval of the development on April 17.
