
The thundering sound of motorcycle engines shook the Sunday morning calm in Cornelia today as hundreds of bikers from across the region made their way into town during the 3rd Annual Ride To Remember. The ride is sponsored by Cycle World of Athens to honor the U.S. public safety and military personnel who died on and after 9/11.

Kick stands went up at 10 a.m. in the Classic City. After a short mid-way break in Cornelia, the riders headed for Blairsville — their final destination on the 100-mile trip.
