Chase Road in Cornelia will be temporarily closed between Veteran’s Memorial Drive (Business 441) and Furniture Plaza beginning Monday, October 1.
The road’s being closed to install a new storm culvert under the road. The work should take approximately one week to complete, weather permitting.
Drivers are encouraged to avoid the area during this time frame if possible. If you must travel in this area use caution and pay attention to the detour signs.
