Bogdan Jesic notched his sixth hat trick of the season in a historic 17th win for Tallulah Falls. The #1-ranked Indians cruised to a 7-1 final over George Walton to set the single-season wins record.
“The game was rough to start, trying to find our rhythm and passing,” says coach Jeremy Stille. “Eventually, we were able to gain more control over the game and connect passes to find opportunities.”
The Indians scored twice in the first half and added five more in the second, allowing a late goal on an indirect free kick. The win moves TFS to 17-1 on the season and a perfect 12-0 in region, and includes 13 straight wins.
