Beneficial rainfall is expected across West-Central Georgia.
Showers are possible through the day on Thursday. Some thunderstorms are also likely by late evening and overnight as beneficial rain moves into the region. These showers/storms are likely to continue all night and into Friday with repeated rounds of rain. Total rainfall now appears that it will fall into the 1-2″ range, a nice amount to go towards our drought.
Sunshine returns this weekend with highs soaring back well into the 70s. Sunshine will continue into the new workweek.
