Additional rainfall is likely across the region on Friday as a slow moving front drops through the region. We saw some very beneficial totals on Thursday and Thursday night, and that will continue through the first half of your Friday. Highs will reach back well into the 60s with showers widespread through lunch but gradually decreasing after that.
Sunshine is going to take just a bit longer to return than earlier thought with the front stalling close enough to us to keep some clouds around through Saturday. Highs will return to around 70º, though, and we’ll be in the mid-70s by Sunday with sunshine finally back.
A wedge of cool/damp air will build in to our northeast on Monday. While that won’t effect our temperatures much it will lend to some clouds. Clouds will become much more widespread on Tuesday as a strong high pressure system to the east sends plenty of moist/warm air north.
