HALL COUNTY, Ga. — A Sunday afternoon fire destroyed a mobile home in Hall County.
According to Hall County Fire Rescue, units responded at approximately 4:30 p.m. on October 5 to the 5300 block of Waterwood Drive after reports of a residential fire. When the first crews arrived, they found the mobile home fully engulfed in flames, said HCFR spokesperson Kimberlie Ledsinger.
Firefighters launched a defensive attack from the exterior and quickly knocked down the bulk of the fire. Despite their efforts, the structure was deemed a total loss.
A primary search confirmed that no one was inside the home, and no injuries were reported on scene, said Ledsinger.
The cause of the fire is unknown at this time and under investigation by the Hall County Fire Marshal’s Office.
