Lady Indians claim 2-1 win in scrimmage against Providence Christian

The Tallulah Falls School soccer season opened up with a scrimmage win on the road at Providence Christian Academy on Thursday evening.

The Lady Indians earned a 2-1 win, as Jenna Chesser and Honora Kahwach scoring the goals. It was Kahwach’s second half goal that proved the game-winner.

Chesser scored first on a follow-up in the first, while Kahwach scored from about 25 yards out. All current 14 roster players logged minutes.

“Overall, a good first showing,” says coach Travis Mullis.

The regular season opens up on February 2 at North Hall.
