Habersham E-911 Children’s Fun Fest Oct. 23 in Clarkesville

(Habersham County E-911/Facebook)

The countdown is over! Tonight from 5 to 8 p.m., families will gather at the Habersham County Fairgrounds for one of Northeast Georgia’s most anticipated fall traditions — the E-911 Children’s Fun Fest.

The free community event brings together local E-911 dispatchers, EMS personnel, firefighters, law enforcement officers, nonprofits, and businesses for an evening of fun, games, and candy. Visitors can explore emergency vehicles, meet public safety workers, and learn more about how they serve the community.

There will be trunk-or-treat, interactive exhibits, safety demonstrations, games, hayrides, and even wrestling!

Children (and adults) are encouraged to come in costume. Admission is free, and gates open at 5 p.m. The Habersham County Fairgrounds are located at 4235 Toccoa Highway in
Clarkesville.
