ATLANTA — The State of Georgia is bracing for sub-freezing temperatures and precipitation over the weekend into early next week. The National Weather Service has expanded its Ice Storm Warning for all areas along and north of Interstate 20, which could see ice accumulations ranging from a light glaze to as much as one inch.
The highest impacts are forecast across northeast Georgia.
