DPH releases new COVID-19 reporting methods

(Gainesville) – The District 2 Public Health Epidemiology Section has a new method that  Covid-19 cases can be reported, get information, or verify guidance. The department has set up three separate email accounts to handle each activity.

There’s an email address for schools, colleges, technical colleges, universities, faith-based organizations, gyms, and recreation departments.

There’s a second email address for long-term care facilities, jails, other healthcare settings, congregate housing facilities.

And the third email address is for restaurants, businesses – retail, manufacturing, construction, and government agencies.
