Tallulah Falls’ all-time winningest tennis player, Jaeda-Lee Daniel-Joseph, has signed her Letter of Intent with Barton College. The senior will continue her academic and athletic career at the next level.

“I am happy to be able to play tennis at high level and also complete my studies for my future as a pharmacist,” says Daniel-Joseph. She will be studying pre-pharmacy and bio chem.

Barton College is an NCAA Division-II program in the Conference Carolinas. The Bulldogs are located in Wilson, NC. The tennis team is coached by Lee Underwood.

The reigning Region Singles Champion had a record 21 wins last season, and has the all-time mark of 51 heading into her senior season. She is a 3-time All-Region honoree, and is the reigning BLITZ Player of the Year. She spent time this summer competing for her home country as well of Trinidad.

“I have been playing for ten years,” adds Daniel-Joseph on how long she’s had a passion for the game. “I chose Barton for the pre-med and tennis opportunity.”

Daniel-Joseph is the first in the 2025-26 school year to sign to play at the next level, and is the 112th all-time Next Level Indian. She is the 11th tennis player from Tallulah Falls to compete at the college level (fifth girls player). She will be honored in May 2026 at the Third Annual TFS Next Level Signing Ceremony along with all signees from the 25-26 year.
