A pedestrian was struck and killed in Columbus Wednesday night April 1, 2026, according to the Muscogee County Coroner’s Office. The incident happened on Victory Drive at 30th Avenue.
The male victim succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead at Piedmont hospital at 8:45 pm. His identity is being withheld until notification of next of kin. The death is under investigation by the Columbus Police Department.
