Chief Judge Art Smith declared a judicial emergency effective Monday January 26, 2026, for the Chattahoochee Judicial Circuit. All courts will be closed Monday due to wintry weather forecast for the local area.
The Chattahoochee Judicial Circuit is comprised of multiple counties in West Central Georgia including Muscogee, Marion, Chattahoochee, Harris, Talbot and Taylor. The courts will reopen Tuesday January 27, 2026.
