Christanne Lucille “Chris” Wikle Webb, 68, of Elberton, Georgia, passed away peacefully on January 14, 2026, after an extended illness. Born on August 18, 1957, in Habersham County, Chris was the beloved daughter of Patricia Wikle and the late James Wikle.
A proud graduate of Habersham Central High School, Class of 1975, Chris went on to earn her Bachelor of Arts degree from Piedmont University in 1985. She had a deep appreciation for creativity and beauty, finding joy in her art, which reflected her vibrant spirit and thoughtful nature. Her love of reading and spending time outdoors brought her peace and inspiration throughout her life.
Chris is survived by her devoted mother, Patricia Wikle; her brother, Mark Wikle; and her sisters, Robin Wikle, Jennifer Barroll, and Alison Esther. She will be remembered by her family and friends for her gentle heart, artistic talent, and quiet strength.
A private family service will be held at a later date to honor Chris’s life. The family extends heartfelt thanks for the many calls, texts, hugs, and expressions of love received during this difficult time.
