Habersham Central High School senior Danny Hamilton is conducting research for an AP class on stroke awareness. Please help him by filling out this survey.
The anonymous survey takes approximately 3-5 minutes to complete. All participants must be from Habersham County.

All participants who complete the survey will be given a chance to access the final research paper once it’s completed in May.
